Urban development and especially urban transformations are processes with uncertain outcomes and difficult trade-offs between a diverse set of stakeholders. The overall objective is to improve the neighbourhood attractivity, whilst having to negotiate with the other players. Simultaneously, players work on achieving their individual objectives. The game is played by four players, each assuming their real-life (professional) role. Key mechanics are such that cooperation benefits the neighbourhood attractivity and public approval, whilst individual gains reduce them.
